Meet the mother-daughter team behind Lola Arnao Beauty
All of our products are hand-crafted by co-founders Angela Gargano and Kathy Griswold at their workshop in a converted barn in the Willamette Valley of Oregon from natural botanicals. Angela is a former sommelier-turned-clean beauty enthusiast. Kathy is a chef of over 50 years with a passion for natural ingredients who’s found a new calling in the world of sustainability.

We specifically design our products to be safe for sensitive skin. That means that all of our products are fragrance-free as well as free of any common allergens. We choose to leave out all essential oils in addition to all synthetic fragrances to limit reactivity. Our guiding principle is to keep our formulations as simple as possible and to use the best ingredients we can source to keep things safe for sensitive skin. Having said that, we still always recommend patch testing our products and going slowly.

We love beautiful smelling perfumes and lotions however our ultra-sensitive skin doesn’t! Fragrance can be one of the biggest skin allergens out there which is why we decided to leave them out of our formula. Happily, we find that the natural botanicals in our products still smell delicious. For example, our solid lotion bar’s main ingredient is cocoa butter which means it smells like dessert!

Gently warm the solid lotion bar in your hands for a few moments then massage the bar in a gliding motion onto skin to achieve deep moisturization. Allow a few moments for the soothing oils to penetrate the skin’s top layer, reinforcing your natural protective skin barrier. Best used after a warm bath or shower or just before bedtime.
